NEW WAY OF FASTFOOD

The winter is almost over, so the time of festivals and chilling out in the park will start again. During spring and summer I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, so my eating pattern will change. In the summer I like to eat with friends and family. Socializing and good food adds to my quality of life. Terraces are nice, but often expensive. The snackbar is quick and tasty, but unhealthy. And at festivals I don’t want to eat pizza-slices and hamburgers anymore. It’s time for a new healthy, quick and tasty kind of fast-food!

And guess what.. I found a new modern fast-food concept. The El Camino Foodtruck catched my eye. It’s a Mexican foodtruck, driving around the Mexican streets. The special thing about this foodtruck is the fact that they are using ‘new’ snacks. For instance they don’t fry chips, but they offer salted soybeans in a paper cone. But besides the fact that they are using healthy, local and tasty ingredients I think the style of this foodtruck is stunning. The packaging, the appearance of the food truck and staff are matched. This foodtruck fits the times we live in; it’s tough, new and modern.

This foodtruck will influence the Quality Of Life. The good tasting fast-food with healthy ingredients will increase the physical wellbeing, because of the healthiness off these snacks. The appearance of the foodtruck, the food and the staff will give a special feeling, you are taken into a Mexican motorcycle gang. It will influence the emotional and social wellbeing, because it satisfy the needs of todays costumer. You get something unique and healthy for a nice price, so also the material wellbeing will increase.

Isn’t it COOL that this foodtruck influences the Quality Of Life in a positive way. In the FUTURE the desire for foodtrucks like El Camino will rise in Europe. We are looking for a new way of fast food that is good for our social welfare, health and material well-being.
