There is a lot to do about the food industry these days. People find it more and more important to know where their products come from. In addition they e want to li good vowant to buy sustainable products. Casa Bosques initiative by organization Savy Studios Mexico picked up these two signs and created a very special chocolate bar. A chocolate bar with an own “passport”.
Casa Bosques is a platform who aims to develop permanent and sustained products and services. Their first project is their chocolate bar collection. They will launch a different chocolate bar each month of the year. They use high quality chocolate and different kind of ingredients in the chocolate to give people the chance to learn about the taste of different countries. Casa Bosques is working with different people in different places around the world, we can therefore speak of globalization and collaboration. The most special thing about this chocolate is the way they are designed and packed. As you can see on the pictures below its kind of a passport. The passport is written in Spanish and shows where the ingredients come from.
We all know a lot of chocolate is purchased unfairly, remember the fuss about Nestlé. Because of transparency and knowledge classical marketing is losing its hold. Consumers want transparent communication. Isn’t it COOL that Casa Bosques satisfy the need of today’s consumer by giving them chocolate with a passport. Additionally, their product fits perfectly in the experience economy, because they launch a renewed piece of chocolate to suit the season every month. In the FUTURE we will see more products in food and other industries showing on their packages, shops or restaurants where the used ingredients come from.
